We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MSP Automation Engineer to join our team. This role is critical to driving operational and service efficiency. Leveraging data and cutting-edge tools, you will design, build, and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, and deploy RPA workflows using platforms like Power Automate and Rewst.
- Maintain and optimize automation solutions for stability, efficiency, and scalability.
- Develop reusable functions and libraries to streamline workflow creation.
- Analyze business processes and use data to identify automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for automated processes.
- Integrate automation workflows with MSP tools and platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Ensure compliance with data integrity, security, and privacy standards.
- Conduct rigorous testing to identify and resolve bugs.
- Monitor workflows and proactively address potential issues.
- Perform regular updates to keep automations effective.
- Help define the overall automation strategy.
- Partner with internal teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Communicate program status, value delivered, and next steps to stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to users interacting with automation workflows.
- Stay updated on the latest automation trends and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in RPA development.
- Experience in an MSP or IT services environment is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with RPA tools like Power Automate and Rewst.
- Strong understanding of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with Rest APIs, webhooks, and integration protocols.
- Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication and critical thinking skills.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
