ISTA Personnel Solutions is seeking a Nursing Verification & Support Coordinator to ensure accurate recording, verification, and support of nursing appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify nursing appointments.
- Identify discrepancies (overlaps, lateness).
- Communicate with nursing staff regarding delays.
- Document and escalate discrepancies.
- Collaborate with scheduling team.
- Ensure records meet requirements.
- Maintain data in scheduling software.
Requirements:
- Experience in healthcare administration or related field.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote team.
Working Hours: EST hours (9am to 6pm), Monday - Friday.
Internet Requirements: Fixed fibre line with 25 Mbps.
