Job Description

As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.

Strong program/project management resource with experience in implementing large finance modernization solutions such as OFSAA applications for Financial Institutions and/or Insurance clients. Engage with executive leadership to manage the client expectations and ensure all project issues/risks are effectively managed. Ability to manage the process of integrating OFSAA solutions with operational systems (FAH, GL, Planning & Budgeting).

Project Management experience in implementing Banking, Insurance, and /or Banking/Insurance Analytics solutions and work closely with subject matter experts and other project team members to successfully manage the deployment of OFSAA products. Domain knowledge on two or more of the following: Finance Performance Management, Accounting, GL Reconciliation, Management Reporting & Analytics etc.

Strong functional experience implementing OFSAA FSDF, DIH, GL RECON, AFCS solutions for large Financial Institutions and/or Insurance clients is preferred. Domain knowledge on the following: OFSAA GL Recon & OFSAA Data Foundation. Experience with Oracle Database, SQL, OBIEE/OAS/OAC, DIH/ODI. Strong solution deployment experience.

Strong customer interaction skills and the ability to assess a customer's processes and strategies. Experience in managing Agile projects and cloud based implementations will be handy.

Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.

US: Hiring Range: from $88,500 - $199,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  • Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
