The eSchoolData Onboarding and Training Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the success of new and current eSchoolData implementations.
This role will involve designing detailed onboarding plans, tracking key milestones, and acting as the primary point of contact for districts throughout the implementation process.
In addition to overseeing the onboarding experience, the Lead will also be responsible for delivering the professional services associated with both onboarding and implementation.
Collaboration with the Data Onboarding team, Sales & Customer Success partners, and the Product team is essential to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding process.
Crucial Functions and Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee comprehensive onboarding plans for new eSchoolData implementations to ensure a smooth and successful transition for customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for districts throughout the onboarding and initial implementation phase
- Partner with the Data Onboarding team to ensure accurate data migration and integration
- Develop training materials and facilitate professional development and training to clients focused on features and functionality
- Differentiate training on the spot when needed to ensure high engagement and meeting learning goals
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Support and Product teams to align on project goals and ensure client expectations are met
- Ability to effectively guide and pivot conversations based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation
Education & Experience:
- Direct eSchoolData experience at the administrator level preferred
- Minimum five years as a student information system administrator
- Equivalent combination of education and related experience and/or training
Preferred Skills:
- Strong project management and documentation skills
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and facilitation skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to travel onsite to customer meetings and training sessions as needed - 20%
- Ability to handle escalations or urgent items as assigned
- Ability to research, strategize, and solution scenarios based on customer needs and company priorities
- Efficient at prioritizing and executing multiple competing requirements and deadlines as appropriate
