Contractor OneTrust Tech Lead/Product Owner

Title: OneTrust Tech Lead/Product Owner

Location: Lo Angeles, CA

Duration: 6+ months

Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project cycles for enterprise solutions, including requirements gathering, software selection, data migrations, and post-implementation support.
2. OneTrust Technical Leadership: Act as the primary lead for OneTrust implementations, guiding all phases of deployment from vendor evaluation through execution and ongoing support.
3. Data Privacy & Compliance: Drive GDPR and CCPA compliance efforts, implementing enterprise-level data privacy solutions and establishing data security standards across departments.
4. Application & Portfolio Management: Manage and enhance IT systems for Legal and Business Affairs, including Contract Management, Document Management, and Records Retention.
5. Vendor Selection & Management: Oversee vendor selection, software evaluation, and contract negotiation, ensuring tools align with business and IT strategy.
6. Executive Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align on project scope, provide status updates, and resolve design issues.

Qualifications

1. Experience: 10+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT, with specific expertise in document management, contract lifecycle management, and data privacy solutions.
2. OneTrust Expertise: Must have completed at least two OneTrust implementations, with practical experience in GDPR and CCPA compliance; experience leading or managing projects explicitly.
3. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in OneTrust, iManage, ServiceNow, Jira, SQL, SAP ERP, SharePoint, and MS Office 365.
4. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional and global teams, along with leading executive steering committees.
5. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications or executive education in IT Management is a plus.
