Full-Time Operations Analyst

The analyst is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, processing, scrubbing, documentation and dissemination of complex data sets. The candidate will process and normalize the data to ensure data integrity and will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy.

Data review also includes the input of data and calculation of program and reinsurance billing remittances.

• Interpret data, analyze results and process transactions in various systems
• Create reinsurance remittances using program data and standard templates
• Audit program remittance statements for input and calculation accuracy
• Gather, clean and organize data from accounts submitting requests for insurance
• Identify data needs and discrepancies
• Ensure data integrity, completeness, accuracy and delivery on a timely manner
• Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution
• Demonstrate a high level of problem solving and the ability to resolve issues
