• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of related business operations leadership experience.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experienced project manager.
• Well-developed change management skills.
• Able/willing to travel up to 20% annually.

• Degree in Operations Analysis, MBA, or equivalent experience.
• Experience deploying AI technology.
• Experience as a trainer for software applications and/or staff onboarding training.
• Ability to configure reporting tools such as Sigma for real-time KPI monitoring.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt, program management, or portfolio management.
