Full-Time Operations & Data Analyst

• Assist in organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments (finance, sales, IT, HR), ensuring information and documentation are properly structured.
• Work closely with team members to make sure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
• Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
• Help enforce process and quality standards across teams.
• Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work.
• Contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements; expect responsibilities to evolve regularly in a fast-growing company.
• Continuously learn new tools and adapt to evolving company processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field
• Atleast 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling)
• Ability to build and work with financial/data models
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools
• A “can-do” mindset, with high energy and willingness to go the extra mile
