About the Role: We seek a dynamic Operations Integration and Experience Manager to lead operational strategy and customer-facing initiatives. This individual will oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring seamless execution, customer satisfaction, and effective engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and refine operational workflows to optimize efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendor management and customer service teams.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
- Track and analyze KPIs to monitor effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer insights and feedback for product development.
- Maintain accurate documentation of operational processes.
- Use internal systems to analyze transaction and payment activity.
- Investigate and monitor suspicious activity.
- Monitor internal channels for workflow processes.
- Investigate accounts for loss mitigation.
- Analyze statistical data for customer linkage.
- Support product and company objectives.
- Make outbound contacts to customers.
- Use detective analysis to identify control gaps.
- Facilitate customer account actions.
Who you are:
- Minimum 5 years of operations management experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Minimum 3 years of owning or building new products.
- Experience servicing loans and supporting various loan products.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- In-depth understanding of operational workflows.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
- Strong customer service and engagement background.
- Experience in post-launch product refinement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools.
