Job Details
Manage the extensions, upsizing, and new jurisdiction processes for our asset-backed securitization programs for inventory, dealer receivables, and consumer loans.
Oversee the daily and monthly portfolio reporting to our re-financing partners.
Coordinate agreed procedures reviews and the issuance of our FinanceHero public market consumer receivables ABS transactions.
Liaise with Investor Relations on balance sheet disclosure and FinanceHero investor requests.
Manage rating agency reviews.
Manage the raising of other possible future debt transactions for AUTO1 Group, including coordination among lawyers, tax advisors, and other external advisors or agents.
Manage relationships with the Structured Finance and DCM teams of our partner banks.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, especially in Accounting, Cash Management and Reconciliation, Legal, Tax and Risk, Technology and Financial Systems, and FP&A to ensure smooth operational processes and detailed planning.
Collaborate with Legal and tax advisors, Backup servicers and corporate service providers.
Assist the Treasurer and CFO in thinking through the long-term strategic capital needs of the company.
Experience as an Associate or VP in Debt Capital Markets and/or Structured Finance.
Master’s degree from a top-tier university in business, finance, economics or similar.
Strong understanding of debt negotiation and documentation.
Strong experience in ratings advisory or credit in an investment bank, or working in financing in a law firm.
Strong modelling skills.
Desirable experience with Italian Law 130 securitisations.
Strong communication and project management skills, plus an innovative mindset and a passion to "make things happen."
Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL, VBA and Redash are beneficial.
Communicate fluently in English, fluency in German or Italian is a plus.
