Full-Time Vice President, Strategic Finance

Responsibilities:

1. Build a deep partnership with GTM leaders.
2. Shape a bottoms-up revenue model.
3. Bring clarity to performance by turning data into insights.
4. Anchor the financial leadership of our Payments business.
5. Partner with cross functional leaders on scenario modeling and business case development.
6. Drive the financial side of M&A.
7. Deliver clear, executive ready materials.
8. Develop KPIs and dashboards.
9. Stand up the systems, tooling, and frameworks the Strategic Finance team needs.
10. Lead, hire, and coach a high performing team.
11. Roll up your sleeves when needed.
12. Partner closely with the VP of FP&A.

15+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or corporate finance roles. Proven ability to build revenue models, financial frameworks, and analysis from scratch. Strong experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Rev Ops, Customer Success, Services, and Support teams. Deep expertise in forecasting, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development. Experience with SaaS or subscription business models. Ability to translate data and analysis into clear narratives. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high performing teams. Strong communication skills and executive presence. High level of ownership, curiosity, and urgency. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
