Role Overview: Architects guide customers through digital transformation, providing solutioning, scoping, and driving successful project delivery. They offer thought leadership and best practices to ensure customers achieve long-term value from the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an expert across contracts, providing architectural guidance and technical governance.
• Build relationships with customer leaders to align solutions with business strategy.
• Collaborate with teams to bridge the gap between sales, solutioning, and execution.
• Contribute to leading practices and thought leadership related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide a point of view to the ServiceNow product strategy team.
• Work with customer teams during the implementation of solutions.
• Provide knowledge across multiple workflows.
• Translate business information into an architectural blueprint.
• Manage technical governance and a delivery operating model.
• Ensure instance health by reducing technical debt.
• Support the sales effort by scoping and estimating engagements.
• Maintain skills and certifications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Support the professional development of others through mentoring.
