As Oracle E-Business Suite Program Manager, you’ll be the strategic and delivery leader, steering multiple workstreams (functional, technical, integrations, data migration, testing) to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Oracle E-Business Suite programs, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives.
• Oversee multiple project workstreams (functional, technical, integrations, data migration, and testing).
• Develop and manage program plans, budgets, resource allocation, and risk registers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Drive governance and reporting for program progress, issues, and dependencies.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure delivery excellence.
• Ensure change management, user adoption, and training are embedded in delivery plans.
• Support pre-sales and bid work by contributing to solution shaping, estimations, and proposal writing.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing large-scale Oracle E-Business Suite programs (preferably R12.2 or above).
• A strong track record in multi-million-pound ERP transformation delivery.
• Expertise in managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Knowledge of core EBS modules (Financials, SCM, HCM) and their interdependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills up to C-suite level.
• Demonstrated experience in program governance, risk management, and budget control.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, complex environments and maintain focus under pressure.
