Location: Bangalore, KA; Gurugram, HR; Pune, MH (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time
Annual Package: ₹17 Lakh

Work Mode: Hybrid, with flexibility to work remotely and on-site as needed.
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP implementations and support, with expertise in modules such as Financials, Supply Chain Management, and Human Capital Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle ERP solutions.
- Configure Oracle modules to align with organizational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle ERP systems.
- Develop functional specifications for customizations and interfaces.
- Conduct end-to-end testing and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and user guides.
- Stay updated on Oracle ERP upgrades and new functionalities.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Oracle ERP modules such as Financials (AP, AR, GL), SCM, or HCM.
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience in system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database structures.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Knowledge of integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Certification in Oracle ERP modules.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP solutions.
