Full-Time Patient Recruitment Manager

• Launching recruitment programs for multiple low-interventional studies, owning the entire program lifecycle from set-up to close-out.
• Collaborating with affiliate and digital marketing partners.
• Working closely with colleagues from all teams to ensure a great user experience.
• Owning an ongoing portfolio of programs, including tracking performance and spend.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer marketing, with at least half of that time spent working in medical research and/or clinical trials recruitment.
• Demonstrated skills in multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Excellent cross functional coordination abilities.
• An understanding of the regulatory landscape for advertising research opportunities.
• The ability to make analytical, data-driven decisions.
