ROLE OBJECTIVE:
This is a stand-alone, hands-on and varied role. You will be responsible for driving initiatives across Talent, HR and employee experience. You’ll be an active HR business partner to managers, ensuring our people have the environment, clarity and support they need.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Talent Acquisition: Own end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience to attract and secure high-impact talent. Partner with hiring managers to clarify role scope, define success, and align hiring practices.
- Employee Experience & Culture: Design and lead high-impact people rituals that reinforce our inclusive, engaging high-performance culture. Manage all employee lifecycle documentation and processes. Foster psychological safety, wellness, and belonging across our distributed environment.
- HR Operations & Office Management: Partner with managers to embed practices that promote psychological safety, high performance, and continuous growth. Manage HR administration. Contribute to the evolution of People & Culture systems.
- Previous HR business partnering and Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong project management and prioritisation skills.
- Clear, concise communicator with high stakeholder empathy and alignment.
- Data-driven thinker.
- High ownership mindset.
