People Operations Associate (Part Time) The Luminos Fund, a fast-growing international nonprofit, seeks an experienced People Operations Associate to support global HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Global People Officer in administrative and HR activities.
- Support HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, HR metrics, offboarding).
- Manage recruitment administration.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with benefits, time-off, and payroll.
- Support learning & development and staff engagement.
- Coordinate HR communications.
- Manage and optimize HR systems (HRIS, ATS, performance management, EOR).
- Track HR metrics and generate reports.
- Identify improvements to people operations processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- 2+ years' experience in an administrative/shared services role.
- International/global workforce experience preferred.
- Experience with international time zones and language barriers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English.
- Proven remote work experience.
- Familiarity with HR systems/HRIS platforms.
Compensation is determined based on experience and location.
Location: Remote or office-based (Boston, London, or Accra). GMT-5 to GMT time zones.
