Job Details
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to manage pharmacy operations, ensure accurate medication dispensing, and provide expert advice to patients.
- Dispense medications accurately and provide expert advice to patients.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and safety standards in Pune.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy.
- Manage pharmacy inventory.
- Implement quality control procedures for medication storage and handling.
- Provide customer service.
- Stay updated on new medications and industry trends.
- Supervise and train pharmacy staff.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Participate in continuing education programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) required
- Valid pharmacist license with the Pharmacy Council of India
- 5+ years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and side effects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations in Pune
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software
