Full-Time Pharmacy Acquisition Executive

The Pharmacy Acquisition Executive will expand our network of high-performing, long-term pharmacy partners for uMeds. Focus on identifying, targeting, and acquiring new dispensing partners to enhance prescription distribution and accessibility for Alternaleaf patients. Requires strong relationship-building, understanding the target market, and a passion for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify pharmacy partners aligning with Montu's mission and goals.
• Develop targeted engagement plans based on communication strategies, pharmacy categorization, and conversion drivers.
• Execute acquisition plan through cold calls, site visits, ensuring accurate CRM documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners and decision-makers for long-term partnerships and high partner satisfaction.
• Lead negotiations, focusing on agreement terms and ensuring smooth handover to Pharmacy and Fulfilment Operations.
• Regularly review pharmacy partner reports and analytics to refine partner profiles and maintain detailed acquisition activity records for optimized conversions.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or pharmacy management (ideally healthcare/pharmaceuticals).
• Demonstrated track record of acquiring and managing partnerships, meeting targets, and driving business growth.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills to build/maintain relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
