Full-Time Pharmacy Acquisition Partner

The Pharmacy Acquisition Partner will expand our network of high-performing pharmacy partners for uMeds.

This role focuses on identifying, targeting, and acquiring new dispensing partners to enhance prescription distribution and accessibility for Alternaleaf patients.

This role requires strong relationship-building skills, understanding the target market, and a passion for patient care.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Proactively identify pharmacy partners aligning with Montu's mission.
2. Develop a targeted engagement plan based on communication strategies, pharmacy categorization, and conversion drivers.
3. Execute the acquisition plan through cold calls, site visits, and other outreach methods, documenting all activity in the CRM tool.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners and decision-makers for long-term partnerships.
5. Lead negotiations, focusing on agreement terms, and ensure a smooth handover to the Pharmacy and Fulfilment Operations teams for successful onboarding.
6. Regularly review pharmacy partner reports and analytics to refine the partner profile and maintain detailed records of acquisition activities.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or pharmacy management, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceuticals, with knowledge of medical cannabis and the pharmacy landscape.
• Demonstrated track record of acquiring and managing partnerships, meeting targets, and driving business growth.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills to build relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
