Pharmacy Acquisition Partner will expand uMeds' network of high-performing pharmacy partners.
Focuses on identifying, targeting, and acquiring new dispensing partners to enhance prescription distribution and accessibility for Alternaleaf patients. Requires strong relationship-building skills, understanding of the target market, and passion for patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Convert Pharmacy Partners
- Proactively research and identify partners aligning with Montu's mission and strategic goals.
- Develop and implement targeted engagement and acquisition plans, including communication strategies (type, frequency), pharmacy type categorization, and pathways to success.
- Identify conversion drivers and inhibitors, and execute acquisition plan, documenting activities in CRM (cold calls, site visits).
- Review partner reports and analytics to refine optimal partner profile.
- In conjunction with Head of Fulfilment, develop and improve collateral and processes for maximum efficiency and conversion rates.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with pharmacy owners, managers, and decision-makers to secure partnership agreements.
- Contracting and Onboarding:
- Lead negotiation process with prospective partners on terms, pricing, and service standards.
- Partner with Pharmacy and Fulfilment Operations teams for smooth onboarding and handover, maintaining high partner satisfaction.
- Reporting:
- Keep detailed records of acquisition activities and provide regular updates to the Head of Fulfilment.
- Maintain records of all activities, including analysis to improve identification and conversion. Ensure data accuracy in CRM.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or pharmacy management, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing partnerships, achieving targets and driving growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of medical cannabis and pharmacy landscape is desirable.
- Self-driven and capable of independent and collaborative team work.
