Full-Time Pharmacy Operation Manager

• Manage and supervise pharmacy staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy workflow and customer service.
• Oversee inventory management and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and standards in Lebanon.
• Analyze financial performance and prepare budgets.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance programs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (required); Master's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management (preferred)
• Licensed pharmacist in Lebanon (required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmacy operations management
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements
• Proficiency in pharmacy management software
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations in Lebanon
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Fluency in Arabic and English; knowledge of French is a plus
