Full-Time Pharmacy Operation Manager

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve pharmacy services and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for effective medication management.
• Manage and mentor pharmacy staff.
• Analyze pharmacy performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Optimize workflow processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage budgets and financial performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred).
• Valid pharmacist license in Qatar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacy operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
