We are seeking a Pharmacy Operation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering patient care.
- Manage and optimize all aspects of pharmacy operations.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and standards in Qatar.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Oversee inventory management.
- Manage and mentor pharmacy staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance programs.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- Licensed pharmacist in Qatar.
- 5 years of experience in pharmacy operations management.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations in Qatar.
- Excellent financial management skills.
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
