Pharmacy Operations Manager – (Doha, Qatar)
Seeking a strategic, results-driven Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead and elevate pharmacy services across our operations in Doha.
This senior-level role demands excellence in regulatory compliance, operational leadership, team development, and customer-centered service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred). Advanced degrees in Pharmacy Administration, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration are a strong advantage
- Licensing: Must hold a valid pharmacist license in Qatar; experience with controlled substances licensing is highly desirable
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in pharmacy operations management; 7–10 years in senior roles ideal.
