Full-Time Pharmacy Operations Partner

Act as the primary point of contact for pharmacy partners, fostering collaboration and trust.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing pharmacy partners to enhance distribution.

Optimize pharmacy workflows and drive operational excellence through process improvements.

Monitor and enforce service level agreements, ensuring high-quality standards from partner pharmacies.

Conduct regular onsite visits to strengthen relationships and provide ongoing support.

Document and update pharmacy workflows to improve transparency and operational efficiency.

Manage inventory levels and optimize order allocation to maintain efficient stock management.

Develop and maintain pharmacy dashboards to track productivity and enhance performance.

At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or pharmacy management, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceuticals, with knowledge of medical cannabis and the pharmacy landscape being a plus.

Demonstrated track record of acquiring and managing partnerships, with the ability to meet targets and drive business growth.

Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to work independently while also being a team player, driving success both individually and within a collaborative environment
