Full-Time Platform Associate

The Platform Associate supports athenahealth Electronic Health Record (athenaClinicals) and Practice Management (athenaCollector) applications for Privia Medical Group clinicians.

Works closely with CIT IKS team, EHR Specialists, end-users, and the Privia team to understand functional business requirements, resolve EHR issues, and configure/customize athena content.

Responsibilities:

• Second-level issue management support
• Troubleshoot and correct issues
• Document, track, and resolve/escalate athenaOne incident-related issues.
• Assist with testing and troubleshooting athenaOne aspects.
• Build out & maintain Privia’s athenaOne platform
• Routine QA of work
• Escalate resource for Tier 1 support
• Manage communication between multiple stakeholders
• Provide remote support for EHR issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software applications
• Onboard Clinical IT members
• Walk through athenaOne Functionality with Care Center and Privia Staff
• Support EPCS office hours
• Support data collection related to system configuration
• Maintain up-to-date documentation
• Maintain confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
• Facilitate Clinical IT relationship with other Privia teams
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Preferred: 1+ years of Clinical/managed care experience or EHR support, Ticket management and support, Experience with medical terminology, Data collection and document management.
• Must: Comply with HIPAA, Collaborative, Team player, Strong organizational and communication skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving skills, Attention to detail, self-directed/resourceful, excellent communication & client-facing skills.

Technical Requirements (Remote Workers):

• Minimum 5 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload speed.
• Use online speed tests (e.g., speedtest.net).

Salary: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 (base).
