Job Details
What you'll do:
- Help the Jobbatical team, clients, client employees, and partner agencies use our technology platform better during onboarding and later through query resolution and technical guidance.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' and talents' needs via customer calls, analyzing session recordings, and sharing insights with the product team.
- Work with the product team to improve the customer experience.
- Understand issues reported by users, and debug at the first level before reporting to the engineering team.
- Own the Helpdesk to ensure customers/users have available information, and all inquiries are replied to in a timely and delightful manner.
- Help create new workflows and own goals to improve customer success.
- Set up automation on our platform using available tools.
- Own content creation for a seamless experience, handling repeat queries and communicating new features.
- Operational activities: Automation setups, data cleansing, client onboarding, agent trainings, and help center content generation.
What helps you to succeed:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a fast-paced startup.
- Engineering Graduation (B.Tech) / Science Graduate.
- Very comfortable with Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- Experience with database queries for issue debugging.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills to analyze implementations.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain focus under pressure.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
