Job Details
We are seeking a Power BI End User Support Technician to join our IT team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to end users for Power BI incidents and requests.
- Analyze and identify solutions to complex Power BI issues.
- Resolve tickets and escalations, keeping end-users informed.
- Document technical issues and create user guides/knowledge base.
- Act as an advisor for complex cases, collaborating across teams.
- Perform product troubleshooting and remediation.
- Translate feedback and identify workflows to optimize support.
- Leverage Power BI knowledge to determine feature enhancements.
- Participate in case triage meetings to share knowledge.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of Power BI technical support or IT experience.
- Professional level English fluency.
- Track record in technical support within the technology sector.
- Communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI (Desktop, Service, Gateway).
- Basic network troubleshooting skills.
