Full-Time Power Platform Developer

Are you passionate about building innovative solutions? Seeking a motivated Power Platform Developer for our IT team. Reporting to the CTO, this role has significant visibility and the opportunity to impact 27 nurseries in North America.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cutting-edge data ecosystem using Power BI and PowerApps.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations to understand data requirements and build applications/reports.
• Partner with KPMG during initial Power Apps development and knowledge transfer.
• Design and manage ETL processes, ensuring data quality and timeliness.
• Craft interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Develop and maintain innovative PowerApps to streamline processes.
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights and enhance existing reports.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and train end-users on Power BI/PowerApps.
• Consult with cross-functional teams on Power Systems needs and integrations with existing platforms (UKG, ERP, CRM).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 5+ years experience as a Power Platform Developer.
• Deep understanding of Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Experience in PowerApps development.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory (preferred).
• SQL and database management knowledge (preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
