Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Engineer with expertise in cloud data warehousing, data engineering, and AI/ML. You will work with the sales team to present innovative solutions using platforms like Databricks and Snowflake.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales Support & Solution Design: Collaborate with sales on customer needs, designing cloud data architectures (Databricks, Snowflake). Develop product demos, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and architectural walkthroughs.
- AI & Data Engineering Expertise: Understand customer data engineering workflows (pipelines, ETL), advise on optimal designs, and AI/ML integration for real-time or batch processing.
- Customer Engagement & Support: Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and leveraging Databricks, Snowflake.
- Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work with product, engineering, and data science teams, train internal sales teams on cloud technologies and AI.
- Technical Enablement & Best Practices: Create technical documentation, presentations and support customer engagement. Contribute to best practices and case studies.
