We are looking for a Press Relations Manager who can drive global visibility, craft sharp narratives and storytelling, and land coverage that matters. This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to make an exciting and respected brand stand out in a noisy space.
This is a hands-on, commercial communications role reporting directly to the CEO.
You’ll take ownership of media outreach, executive visibility, thought leadership, and PR campaigns for both our media and events businesses.
You’ll be expected to work fast, write exceptionally well, and drive measurable results - from interviews and articles to social media growth and media partnerships.
You’ll help define the voice of UNLEASH to the outside world and make sure it gets heard in the right places by the right people.
Key Responsibilities
PR Strategy & Execution: Build and deliver a comms strategy that drives brand visibility and engagement across media, tech, and business audiences.
Media Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with journalists and editors across B2B, HR, tech, and business titles. Land impactful coverage and secure regular media opportunities.
Content & Messaging: Write clear, compelling press releases, pitches, and statements that cut through and get picked up.
Thought Leadership: Shape the external voice of our CEO and senior leaders across speaking, interviews, and opinion pieces.
Event Media: Own the media strategy for UNLEASH Conferences & Exhibitions. Coordinate press attendance, press rooms, and media partnerships on-site.
Social Amplification: Collaborate with content and marketing teams to extend media wins across LinkedIn, email, editorial, and other owned channels.
Crisis & Issues Management: Be prepared to act quickly and calmly to protect the brand’s reputation when needed.
What We’re Looking For
Strong PR and comms experience (6+ years), ideally in B2B, media, tech, or events.
A track record of landing tier 1 coverage and building journalist relationships.
Excellent writing skills - you can craft messages that get attention.
A newsroom mindset: fast-moving, trend-aware, and confident under pressure.
Experience supporting C-level execs with public appearances and content.
Strategic thinking with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
A global mindset and experience with international media preferred.
Why This Role?
Shape the external voice of a bold, growing brand.
Own global PR and comms strategy with real executive visibility.
Work across media and events with influence in Future of Work, HR, and AI.
Join a remote-first team that moves fast and thinks big.
