Pricing Analyst
This position will be responsible for optimizing Henry Schein pricing strategies and driving revenue growth. This position will be instrumental in implementing, enhancing, and monitoring pricing initiatives across dental, medical, and digital divisions.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to pricing strategy development and refinement considering market competition, cost structures, and customer segmentation.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of pricing data (historical performance, market trends, competitor pricing) to create data-driven strategies and evaluate pricing scenarios.
- Support pricing projects in implementation and post-launch analysis, setting timelines and managing deliverables.
- Gather feedback to enhance existing pricing models and ensure continued effectiveness.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Category Management, Pricing Operations) for input, alignment, and communication of pricing changes.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to track pricing initiative effectiveness. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to present actionable insights.
- Monitor market pricing trends and identify opportunities for adjustments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Utilize internal pricing software.
- Create ad-hoc reports on pricing-related initiatives as needed.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience in data visualization (PowerBI)
- Understanding of key business metrics
- Ability to analyze complex data and draw actionable insights
- Proactive and innovative mindset to develop creative solutions
- (Preferred) Advanced Excel features (VBA)
- (Preferred) SQL proficiency
- Good understanding of industry practices
- Proficient with relevant tools, systems, and procedures

Minimum Experience:
- 2-4+ years increasing responsibility in relevant professional experience
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
