We are seeking a skilled Pricing Analyst to join our Product team.
Role Overview: Assist with product strategy development, ensuring pricing models are competitive, aligned with market expectations, and contribute to overall business growth. This role involves pricing analysis, operational execution, understanding market dynamics, strong quantitative skills, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and refine pricing models using data analysis to identify trends and insights.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess industry trends, pricing benchmarks, and customer willingness to pay.
- Gather customer insights through outreach and targeted surveys to understand pricing perceptions, willingness to pay, and value drivers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Services, Revenue Operations, and others during product launches.
- Track pricing strategy and operational process performance, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations.
- Create ad hoc reports, perform analyses, and synthesize key insights for leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS pricing, revenue management, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or other analytical tools
- Salesforce CPQ experience required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
