Job Details
Lead and manage the entire supply chain process, acting as a subject-matter expert for all related AdTech operations.
Ensure compliance with AdTech regulations, identifying potential violations.
Conduct thorough analyses of processes to assess compliance with regulations across all customers.
Develop and implement solutions to address compliance gaps.
Present findings and action plans to executive leadership, obtaining approval.
Drive the approved plans by collaborating with internal teams.
Provide coaching and consultation to teams, helping them understand compliance measures.
Prepare and deliver presentations for business stakeholders, effectively communicating risks, solutions, and strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years in a Senior position with a proven track record of leadership.
- Proven practical experience with Go, Java, and Python.
- Strong expertise in high-load systems, performance optimization, and virtualization.
- Extensive experience with Big Data technologies.
- Hands-on experience with performance testing and profiling tools.
- Successfully designed and implemented at least two AdTech solutions.
- Deep knowledge of VAST, OpenRTB, SSAI (optional), and the CTV ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with AdTech data workflows, including data ingestion, processing, and analysis.
- Strong understanding of the AdTech ecosystem.
- Proven ability to take an active role in product improvement and decision-making.
