Full-Time Principal FP&A Analyst

• P&L Management: Developing and maintaining profit and loss statements, tracking costs and revenue.
• Financial Compliance: Ensuring adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Building financial models, conducting scenario analyses, collaborating with teams to establish targets.
• Performance Analysis: Evaluating initiatives, investments, by analysing financial impact and return on investment.
• Analytics & Reporting: Designing and maintaining analytic frameworks and dashboards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Building strong working relationships across functions.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in financial analysis.
• Experience preferable in tech, investment banking, or partnering with functional leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, data warehouse tools, and other financial analysis platforms.
• Proficiency in financial software systems such as Adaptive Planning, Workday, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
