Job Details

Primary Objective: Provides technical leadership for the Business Systems Administration team maintaining critical enterprise business solutions on-prem, in Microsoft Azure, and a Salesforce hosted environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, install, tune, upgrade, and troubleshoot technical components.
  • Develop code, scripts, systems, tools, or other solutions to automate tasks.
  • Develop monitoring and maintenance strategies to ensure availability and performance.
  • Monitor and review existing applications to comply with standards.
  • Enhance existing tools and develop scalable tools to reduce manual intervention.
  • Evaluate new application systems and recommend solutions.
  • Assess architecture and hardware limitations, define system specifications.
  • Lead disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.
  • Collaborate on operational health improvements and remediation.
  • Develop and manage relations with external partners and vendors.
  • Maintain service contracts and licensing, negotiate with vendors.
  • Analyze and determine systems integration needs.
  • Coordinate design of subsystems and system integration.
  • Define system support requirements (monitoring, capacity, staffing).
  • Develop and maintain application documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement of system automation and integration.
  • Remain current on new technologies.
  • Identify risks to system integrity (security threats, DR incidents), develop policies, implement changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Administrator certifications related to Salesforce (preferred).
  • 8+ years IT experience in banking, finance, or insurance.
  • Experience implementing nCino products onto Salesforce.
  • Proven experience with complex system planning, configuration, and implementation.
  • Knowledge of Core banking processing technologies, enterprise applications integration, and business process automation.
  • Technical expertise in installing, configuring, and maintaining software applications.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting performance issues.
  • Knowledge of programming languages and web-based technologies.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of compute environments (server hardware, storage, virtualization).
  • Skill in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, T-SQL).
  • Understanding of data mapping, system conversions, and system integration.
  • Experience with Cloud technologies (Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure, AWS).
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle customer service demands.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM governance concepts.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of commonly used financial industry concepts.
  • Familiar with federal and state laws/regulations related to IT.
