The Role: The Pr. Technical Consultant, IT Workflow is a functional and technical expert, consulting with customers, configuring ServiceNow IRM products based on best practices to accelerate customer business outcomes.
- Technical expert supporting IT configuration of IRM Service Delivery using ServiceNow best practices.
- Support engagements for IRM process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis.
- Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow IRM solution capabilities for IT process improvement.
- Lead customer design workshops on ServiceNow Platform and IRM Solution technology.
- Draft technically focused user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and knowledge transfer.
- Guide customer system administrators during engagements.
- Lead technical aspects of project delivery.
- Develop required integration components (SSO, LDAP).
- Develop required portal components.
- Prepare customer-facing deliverables on the configured solution.
- Manage multiple and complex projects/initiatives.
- Promote continuous improvement practices.
- Support sales activities (optional).
- Provide training and mentoring to other ServiceNow team members.
Requirements:
- 5+ years configuration/development experience with complex technologies, including integrations and portals.
- CIS-IRM skills/certifications and other risk implementation certifications.
- Experience influencing and consulting in IT environments.
- Strong web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO).
- Working with SaaS technologies.
- Knowledge of IT systems and tools (Office 365, Teams, Workday, Twilio).
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
- Proven team player.
