As a Product Associate, you’ll be a key player on a team dedicated to delivering best-in-class syndicated research. Your mission is to keep products sharp, accurate, and ahead of the curve. You’ll dive into reference data, fine-tune survey materials, and ensure every detail meets high standards. From verifying data accuracy to monitoring timelines, you’ll help keep the engine running smoothly so clients always get insights they can trust. This role reports to a Product Manager and offers opportunities to learn, collaborate, and make an impact.
Key Accountabilities:
- Review client requests to update product questionnaire categories.
- Research current and emerging brands and trends.
- Support updates for Kids/Parents recontact questionnaires, track response rates, and report fieldwork progress internally.
- Edit codebooks and check data quality.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate progress clearly.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in advertising, marketing, survey research, or media.
- Proficient with MS Office
- Skilled at multitasking
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communicator
