Full-Time Product Compliance Engineer - Materials

• Research and identify applicable compliance standards and requirements.
• Develop and lead the execution of implementation programs.
• Interpret compliance regulations, analyse risks, and advise stakeholders.
• Prepare, file and sign-off compliance reports.
• Manage materials compliance database.
• Track regulatory developments and incorporate them into daily operations.
• Manage customer compliance requests.
• Standardize documentation processes and templates.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a compliance engineer.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards - RoHS, REACH (SCIP), Conflict Minerals, Prop 65, TSCA, POPs, VOCs, WEEE, etc.
• Fundamental knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Proficient in report writing and material compliance management processes.
• Experience in SAP or other ERP Systems.
• Knowledge of product labelling and packaging requirements is desirable.
• Experience in product safety and EMC certification is desirable.
• Experience in project management and quality & reliability control is desirable.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, SharePoint.
• Result-driven, attention-to-details and passionate for continuous improvements.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
