Contractor Product Delivery Lead

About the Role:We're looking for a Product Delivery Lead to ensure smooth, on-time, and high-quality delivery of digital products. You'll work with Product, Engineering, and Business to translate ideas into outcomes, roadmaps into releases, and blockers into breakthroughs.

You're the heartbeat of delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end product delivery across multiple squads or projects
• Own and manage delivery timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to define scope and priorities
• Set up and facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros)
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve blockers
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and milestones
• Ensure delivery aligns with product goals, quality standards, and business value
• Champion continuous improvement in delivery practices, tooling, and culture

About You:

• Proven experience in a similar role (Product Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Project Manager in a product environment)
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Comfortable working with technical teams and translating between tech and business
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Calm under pressure with the ability to bring structure to chaos
• Bonus: consulting, SaaS, or scale-up experience
