- Improve the user experience of gamification features to increase engagement and motivation.
- Drive higher user participation in gamification activities through continuous optimization and new mechanics.
- Analyze and optimize both marketing and organic funnels to improve key conversion metrics.
- Monitor product stability, speed, and overall performance, reacting promptly to any anomalies.
- Manage domain-related operations, including renewal, acquisition, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Handle issues related to bans and ensure smooth operation across all product components.
- Own key engagement and performance metrics, including the percentage of users with medium and high involvement in gamification.
2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar analytical/product role
Proven experience in the casino or iGaming industry
Strong understanding of paid and organic traffic funnels within casino products
Hands-on experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel performance improvement
Ability to build and validate hypotheses based on analytical insights
Deep understanding of player motivation and decision-making behavior
