Contractor Product Manager (iGaming)

• Take full responsibility for the project's product metrics.
• Work on product funnels, the cashier and user retention.
• Identify product bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Conduct marketing research and implement a customer development methodology to identify growth points.
• Organize the work of various teams to achieve the best results.

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management in B2C business with focus on retention.
• Ability to take charge and lead projects.
• Experience in using AB tests to improve product performance.
• Decision-making based on thorough data analysis.
• Deep understanding of product performance metrics.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to identify product bottlenecks and find creative solutions.
• Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and markets.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop products tailored to local audiences.
• English: at least B2, Ukrainian would be a plus

• Experience with SEA region; experience with iGaming industry
