You’ll be responsible for driving product success through the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that make our products shine in the marketplace.
You’ll report directly to our Vice President of Marketing.
What You'll Be Expected To Own:
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead and support product launches and go-to-market plans in collaboration with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing. You’ll identify market needs, uncover opportunities, and coordinate impactful launch campaigns.
- Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear, differentiated product messaging and value propositions that highlight Wagepoint’s unique strengths and resonate with our target audience.
- Market and Persona Research: Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to refine messaging and drive strategy with a deep understanding of user needs.
- Sales Enablement: Build enablement materials, battle cards, and training resources that help Sales articulate Wagepoint’s value and win more deals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Design and Content teams to create engaging, on-brand collateral and campaigns.
- Thought Leadership: Partner with internal experts and external voices to amplify Wagepoint’s industry presence through relevant content and market insights.
What You Bring To The Table:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS.
- Proven storytelling, writing, and project management skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for translating technical ideas into customer-focused narratives.
Bonus points if:
- You’ve launched products or led go-to-market strategies before.
- You’ve worked on customer and competitive intelligence initiatives.
- You’re comfortable speaking publicly and presenting to internal and external audiences.
- You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where no two days look the same.
