Product Owner Role: We are seeking a dedicated Product Owner to help expand our reach and impact.
Responsibilities:
- Product Vision & Delivery: Work with engineering to visualize and deliver solutions aligned with product vision.
- Scrum Framework: Develop, adapt, and facilitate the scrum framework. Manage the backlog and lead release plans.
- Strategic Collaboration: Engage with other product owners and scrum masters for comprehensive product strategies.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the backlog of user stories and defects. Ensure meaningful, realistic work.
- Project Leadership: Plan, coordinate, and document development activities for large projects.
- Communication & Facilitation: Facilitate communication with stakeholders on sprints, releases, and issues.
- Delivery Optimization: Evaluate activities for maximum business value.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including steering committees, sponsors, customers, and project teams.
- Motivation & Leadership: Empower scrum teams, driving sustainable velocity.
- Agile Development: Collaborate with development teams, commit backlog items, and participate in post-live retrospectives.
- Value Advocacy: Champion product value and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in Software Product Ownership
- Technical knowledge & business insight
- Jira & GitHub experience
- SAFe/Agile experience
- Decomposing complex information into detailed requirements
- Excellent communication & storytelling skills
- Proven team skills
- University Degree
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of clinical data, workflows, and integrations.
- eClinical vendor systems and workflows expertise.
- 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, CDISC ODM, HL7 FHIR, and GDPR knowledge.
