Growth & Innovation: CRIO has established a leading brand position in eSource, winning a significant portion of the enterprise-grade site networks. Our recent Reviewer product allows third-party reviews and data extraction, a flexible application poised for commercialization.

Product Owner Role: We are seeking a dedicated Product Owner to help expand our reach and impact.

Responsibilities:

• Product Vision & Delivery: Work with engineering to visualize and deliver solutions aligned with product vision.
• Scrum Framework: Develop, adapt, and facilitate the scrum framework. Manage the backlog and lead release plans.
• Strategic Collaboration: Engage with other product owners and scrum masters for comprehensive product strategies.
• Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the backlog of user stories and defects. Ensure meaningful, realistic work.
• Project Leadership: Plan, coordinate, and document development activities for large projects.
• Communication & Facilitation: Facilitate communication with stakeholders on sprints, releases, and issues.
• Delivery Optimization: Evaluate activities for maximum business value.
• Stakeholder Relationships: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including steering committees, sponsors, customers, and project teams.
• Motivation & Leadership: Empower scrum teams, driving sustainable velocity.
• Agile Development: Collaborate with development teams, commit backlog items, and participate in post-live retrospectives.
• Value Advocacy: Champion product value and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience in Software Product Ownership
• Technical knowledge & business insight
• Jira & GitHub experience
• SAFe/Agile experience
• Decomposing complex information into detailed requirements
• Excellent communication & storytelling skills
• Proven team skills
• University Degree

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of clinical data, workflows, and integrations.
• eClinical vendor systems and workflows expertise.
• 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, CDISC ODM, HL7 FHIR, and GDPR knowledge.

Salary: $120,000 - $125,000
