About this Position

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team supporting the Workforce Management solution within the Back of Stores domain. The role will focus on supporting the integration of WFM platforms (WFC & PRO) and contributing to the successful implementation of Workday.

The ideal candidate will bring experience with WFM platforms, agile delivery methodologies, and Workday integrations to ensure a seamless delivery process and ongoing business success.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring stories are refined and ready for development.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand priorities and drive the Product Increment (PI) objectives.
• Partner with other Product Owners for optimal PI feature allocation.
• Make key product decisions and ensure technical integrity.
• Act as the liaison between the business and the team to ensure requirements are understood and met.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and communicate scope trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Apply agile principles (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) to manage project delivery.
• Measure progress, identify improvement areas, and support continuous improvement.

Job Skills/Requirements

• Experience with UKG WFM platforms (WFC & PRO) (required).
• Proven experience with Agile delivery and tools like JIRA and Confluence (required).
• Familiarity with Workday integrations (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
