We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product & Pricing Analyst to provide critical support to the Brand & Product Leads by developing tools, analyses, and strategies that optimize pricing and product management processes. This role is instrumental in driving operational efficiency, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring informed decision-making to support the organization’s product and brand objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Create dashboards and templates that support pricing execution, SKU rationalization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze and report on product, pricing, and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights through regular reporting to guide strategic decisions for the Brand & Product Lead.
- Support the optimization of the product portfolio by creating analyses that identify SKU performance and rationalization opportunities.
- Partner with the Brand & Product Lead to execute strategies for portfolio simplification and efficiency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of pricing strategies that align with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with the Brand & Product Lead to ensure the accuracy and consistency of technical specifications and marketing materials.
- Regularly update and validate product documentation to align with current product offerings and market positioning.
- Review catalog and specification books for accuracy to ensure they reflect current offerings and meet brand standards.
- Support the Brand Lead throughout the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
- Propose detailed product specifications, requirements, and roadmaps.
- Advise the product lifecycle, including updates, enhancements, and end-of-life decisions.
- Develops in-depth knowledge of all MasterBrand strategic business units.
- Leverages ideas from other reviews and co-workers to provide value-added recommendations and best practices to others.

Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Passion for Kitchen & Bath Design
- Detail-Oriented
- Proven experience in product and pricing analysis, with a focus on creating tools and streamlining processes.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
