Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Product Specialist to manage, support, and optimize Atlassian tools (Jira, JSM, Confluence, plugins, APIs).
Responsibilities include:
- Providing L1 and L2 support to end-users.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Tracking and managing service desk queues.
- Monitoring system performance and generating reports.
- Maintaining documentation (user guides, FAQs).
- Facilitating user onboarding and training.
- Gathering requirements for new project requests.
- Staying updated with new features and industry trends.
- Improving system efficiency and user experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in IT or related field.
- 1+ years' experience in product management, focusing on enterprise tools.
- Proven experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with L1/L2 support and service desk management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Atlassian certifications.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- IT service management (ITSM) experience.
