The Professional Services Delivery Consultant plays a key role as a customer-facing representative of Nexthink. This remote-based role provides implementation and advisory services, ensuring customer expectations are met. Requires strong technical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Implementation: Implement and operate Nexthink products.
- Customer Engagement: Empower customers to adopt Nexthink solutions.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Lead technical engagements and collaborate effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance skills and resolve issues.
- Communication: Present and clarify information effectively.
- Customer Satisfaction: Commit to customer satisfaction and integrity.
- Compliance: Ensure timely compliance with service processes.
- Consultative Concepts: Use data analysis to offer insights.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of consulting or advisory experience in the tech industry.
- 4-year degree in computer science or related field.
- Ability to translate business issues into technical solutions.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows clients and applications.
- Excellent time and task management skills.
Desired Skills:
- Working knowledge of Nexthink products.
- ITIL v4 Knowledge
- Experience in scripting and integration concepts (Python, JSON, PowerShell, REST API, LDAP, SSO, BASH)
- Experience in data analytics (SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
- MacOS familiarity
- Previous Enterprise IT Operations Experience
