Full-Time Program Analyst Senior

• Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
• Develops plans, including budgets, schedules, cost proposals and monitors tasks.
• Supports the PMO to successfully manage the cost, schedule and performance of the contract.
• Establishes and defines program plan requirements and performs in-depth studies.
• Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure objectives are met.
• Reviews financial metrics with project managers.
• Provides travel and expense report reviews to ensure compliance.
• Provides analysis and recommendations on project costs and scope.
• Processes and monitors purchase requests/purchase orders using SC360.
• Manages and administers the Subcontractor Electronic Time Recording and Invoice System (SETRIS).
• Interacts regularly with customers.
• May perform business development activities.
• Participates in special projects as required.

• BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Analysis and Government Contracting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills, critical thinking skills and attention to detail
• Ability to function independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Government contracting
• Strong team player
• SECRET CLEARANCE or ability to obtain one

• Experience with Proposals and Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROM)
• Experience with Process Improvements and Documentation
• Experience with Subcontractor Timekeeping and Invoicing
• Experience with Concur and Travel Review
• Familiarity with OBIEE reporting
• Experience with Estimates at Completion and Spend Plans
• US Citizenship Required
